1. Services

FillYourFirm provides AI-automated marketing and growth services for accounting and tax firms on a subscription basis. Services are described in your service agreement and may include GMB optimization, review management, and local SEO content publishing.

2. No guarantees

We promise work and distribution — not specific revenue outcomes or search ranking positions. Results depend on factors outside our control (Google algorithm changes, market competition, client responsiveness). We will always show our work.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly per the plan you select at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds on partial periods.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, responding to approval requests within a reasonable timeframe, and ensuring you have authority to publish content on the platforms we access on your behalf.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ittai, LLC's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing law
